Leyton Orient Trust has an Older Adults Monthly Network – March’s theme is creativity and crafting. If you’re over 50, come along 15th March noon – 2 pm at Leyton Orient Stadium, E10 5LG.

The Better Club 60+ has offerings each weekday in all Better Leisure Centre locations in Chingford, Walthamstow, Leyton and Leytonstone. There really is something for everyone, from swimming to aerobics and Bowles.
